A special workshop desgned for women. We will examine the role of yoga during menstruation and the alternative poses that should be done during this time. You will learn how to use the props (ropes, trestler, chairs, backbenders, setubandha boxes and bolsters) in the correct manner to support yourself during menstruation.
Many women have poor menstruation health: painful periods, PMT, scanty periods, heavy periods and irregular periods. Correct practice of yoga during menstruation as well as during the rest of the month can help restore hormone balance and reduce the symptoms experienced during menstruation.
This workshop is a boon for all women.
