Some of the key benefits people get from yoga are:

  • improved health
  • fitness
  • flexibility
  • muscle tone
  • personal development
  • reduced stress
  • weight loss and management

A major third party survey in Australia recently reported all the above benefits of yoga. The survey also reported that many people do it to improve performance at sport, such as netball, Australian Rules football, cycling, running and other impact sports. Many people do this style of yoga to manage and imptove sports injuries.

For others, it’s part of a spiritual journey (even though it can be entirely a physical thing if you prefer).

Yoga is also well known for helping with particular women’s issues such as menstruation, pregnancy, and breast cancer.

No booking is needed. Just turn up to a non-beginner class that suits you.
