If you are new to yoga, or new to Ballarat Iyengar Yoga, you can join our classes by either enrolling in a Beginners 6 Week Yoga Course or purchasing a Newcomers Yoga Pass if you have at least 1 year of previous yoga experience.

The Beginners Yoga Pass is for complete yoga beginners. Every 6 weeks, we commence a New Beginners Yoga Course, which aims to introduce you to yoga. The 6 week courses allow you to attend unlimited classes – up to 6 classes per week if you like.

If you have yoga experience, the Newcomers Yoga Pass gives you access to all classes levels for two weeks (not valid for Beginners classes). A great way to see how our studio works and it gives you the chance to try out different levels, times and teachers to find out which ones suit you best.
