The teacher is Shayna Ogden, from Ballarat Iyengar Yoga Studio, one of Australia’s senior Iyengar yoga teachers.
Shayna is not only popular, but also a highly rated yoga teacher in the style of the late Mr BKS Iyengar.
This is an affordable, luxury retreat. The accommodation is in a classic country house at the twin towns of Hepburn Springs and Daylesford, just north of Ballarat.
