Welcome to Ballarat Iyengar Yoga

Yoga Classes Ballarat

The Purpose of Yoga

The purpose of yoga is to bring a scattered mind to a quiet and coherent state. We do this by culturing the body through the practice of asanas (postures). Performing asanas on a regular basis improves flexibility, tones muscles, improves coordination and boosts your mood. It makes you feel good about yourself. So come and join us and feel good about yourself. We look forward to meeting you in our classes.

Beginners Yoga

We run regular 6 week Beginners’ Courses which allow you to come to unlimited classes within each course. In each course, you can come to any of 9 Beginners Classes on the timetable. Learn more about our Beginners Yoga Course & Offers
