Ballarat Iyengar Yoga runs classes 7 days a week, with over 20 classes per week, for beginners to experienced students. Our modern spacious studio provides a welcoming atmosphere. All equipment is provided.

Friday Night Intensive

These classes are part of the teacher training program but are open to students not participating in teacher training. We look at asana in detail and explore the asanas not always covered in regular classes. Suitable for General-level and above. Upcoming date: Fri 2nd March, 2018.
